Welcome to Godsbanekollegiet, which is situated in one of Aarhus’ best locations. The dorm consists of 132 student rooms that all have a private toilet with shower facilities. On each floor, there is a shared kitchen with enough room to prepare food and enjoy it together with the other residents if you feel like it. There is also a handful of other shared facilities available for all residents, for example a laundry room, a bicycle cellar, a roof terrace, a common room, a TV-room, a bar and study rooms. Or you can use the fitness room for a monthly payment.

Godsbanekollegiet is located in the heart of Aaarhus with a short distance to everything that the city has to offer. Aarhus School of Architecture and Via University College (city department) can be reached within a few minutes. You can easily get around the city on a bicycle. You can do your daily grocery shopping in one of the stores located near by, such as Føtex Food (450 meters away). This is a non-smoking hall of residence.

Description: 11 residents share a kitchen on each floor. The kitchen is equipped with tableware, pots and pans, etc. There is a dining table, a couch and a TV in connection with the kitchen, as well as a balcony. 
In the room there is a wardrobe with shelves and a hanger rail.
Rent: 3.408,- per month.
Included in the rent: Internet and the consumption of electricity, water and heat is included in the rent.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property – both inside and outside areas.
Pets: Are not allowed.
