Centrally located rooms and apartments

Welcome to Rosensgade Kollegiet, which is a small but very cozy midtown hall of residence. Here you can rent rooms in apartments, where you share kitchen and toilet/shower facilities with 1-2 other residents, or apartments in different sizes. This location in the area called Latinerkvarteret is as central as it gets. The charming building from the 1800 century is placed next to Aarhus cathedral and the shopping street. In other words, here you will get the full city experience.

Belonging to the dorm is a peaceful yard with grass and a terrace, which can be used by all residents. Moreover, you can find a bicycle shed, a laundry room and a common room on the property. The beautiful habor area and the library DOKK1 is located close by, and you can reach Aarhus School of Architecture and Aarhus School of Engineering by foot or within 5 minutes on a bicycle.

At Rosensgade Kollegiet there are many different rental types:
29 rooms, approx. 23 m2, 3 1-room apartments, approx. 25 m2.
5 1½-room apartments, approx. 37-44 m2, 5 shareable 2-room apartments, approx. 45 m2., and 2 regular 2-room apartments, approx. 48 m2.

Description: All apartments have private kitchen and toilet/shower. The residents in the rooms share the facilities with 1-2 other residents. There are wooden floors in all rentals except for the 2-room apartments, which have carpet on the floors. Alle rentals are unfurnished, but with cabinets.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (for more information press “Apply for rental”).
Included in the rent: electricity, water, heat and internet.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Residents, who move in after 1.8.2022 are not allowed to smoke in their rentals.
Pets: Not allowed.
