Welcome to Tranekollegiet, which is a new hall of residence built in 2022 in the north of Aarhus. The hall of residence consists of 312 light and spaceous apartments. Some of the apartments are brand new from floor to ceiling, while others have been rebuilt in the old premises that used to be there. Among other things, the old charming ceilings have been maintained in these rentals.

There are handful of shared facilities that can be used by everyone living here – for example a common house, a laundry room, study rooms and fitness facilities. Running your daily live here, you will have easy access to public transportation and many of the city’s educational institutions. Grocery shopping posibilities are found within a short distance, for example Veri Center og Rema1000.

Description: All the apartments have a private kitchen with cooking plates, an oven, a cooker hood, a fridge including a small freezer, as well as a private bathroom with a cabinet for storage under the sink. There is a shower curtain in the bathroom and curtains in the windows. Apart from that all rentals are unfurnish and with parquet flooring.
Non-smoking hall of residence: Smoking is not allowed at the property of the hall of residence – neither inside nor outside.

Included in the rent: Internet and an estimate of the on account use of water and heat.
Pets: Are not allowed.
