Kløvergården

Welcome to Kløvergården. Here you can find rooms and apartments located in green and calm srroundings in the city called Skødstrup. Even though, this suburb city is placed approx. 15 km from the city center of Aarhus, it has never been easier to go there by public transportation. Bus no. 100 stops just down by the main road and the light rail is a 1-km-walk away.

The apartments are cozy and each contains a private kitchen and shower/toilet facilities. The residents in the rooms share the facilities with some of the others. At this hall of residence pets are allowed. You can have either a cat or one cage, terrarium or aquarium per room. Dogs are not allowed. There are a wide range of shared facilities that all residents can use as they please, for example large outdoor areas for barbecuing and get-togethers in the sun during the summer. There are also parking available, a laundry room, and a gym.

When people arrive here, they usually get pleasantly surprised.

At Kløvergården there are:
18 rooms in triplets (you share kitchen and toilet/shower with two other people), approx. 36-41 m2
57 1-room apartments, approx. 36-54 m2.
25 shareable 2-room apartments, approx 59-71 m2.

Description: Many of the rooms and apartments differ in size and design. All rentals have parquet flooring and linoleum in the kitchen and entrance area. In the rooms where three people share the facilities, your roomates can be either female or male.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (for more information press “Apply for rental”).
Included in the rent: Rooms: electricity, water, heat and internet are included. Apartments: Internet is included.
Pets: One cage, terrarium or aquarium is allowed, or one cat. Dogs are not allowed.

Outdoor areas

Kløvergården has large and well-maintained outdoor areas. There are green spaces for sports, relaxation, sunbathing, and barbecues. In addition, there are plenty of fruit trees and berry bushes, as well as a number of allotment gardens that are allocated among interested residents each spring.

The Kløver-Bar

The dormitory bar can be rented for parties with at least one week’s notice. The bar is equipped with a sound system, refrigerators, billiards/pool, and table football. Please contact the party room coordinator on the board.

The dormitory also offers facilities such as a laundry room, common room, storage rooms, a creative workshop, a car workshop, a freezer room, storage rooms, a grill room, a fitness room, etc.

Parking

Bicycles: Bicycles must be parked in the bicycle shed. Parking bicycles elsewhere is prohibited, and the caretaker reserves the right to remove them. This also applies to prams, mopeds, etc.

Cars: Parking in the dormitory parking area is free of charge. The Parking Company’s app, available for smartphones under the name “Resident Parking,” is used to issue guest permits for friends and family, as well as permanent parking permits. To create a user account, residents must email tobias@parkeringskompagniet.dk with their apartment number, email address, and name.
