Rooms and apartments in Risskov

Welcome to Grenåvej Kollegiet, which is located in the northern city part and consists of 29 rentals divided between rooms and different kinds of apartments. The dorm has an advantageous location close to both the forest, the beach and the city. You can reach the center of Aarhus on a bicycle and do your daily grocery shopping chores by foot.

The bus to downtown Aarhus and the different educational institutions, such as the University, stops right outside by the main road. There are several shared facilities that all the residents at the hall of residence can make use of, for example laundry facilities in the basement, and a common room for cozy get-together activities. In the yard, there is a lawn, which is very popular for exam studying during the summer. All apartments have private kitchen, toilet and shower facilities, whereas the residents renting the rooms share these facilities with each other.

This hall of residence consists of a wide range of different rental types:
11 rooms, approx. 28 m2. 4 1-room apartments, approx. 27-38 m2.
3 1½-room apartments, approx. 38-48 m2. 10 2-room apartments, approx. 39-50 m2. 1 3-room apartment, approx. 63 m2.

Description: The rooms share kitchen and toilet/shower with two or three other residents. Male and females are randomly divided into the rooms. All apratments have private facilities. All rentals have carpets on the floor and a fixed wardrobe.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (read more by pressing “Apply for rental”).
Included in the rent: The use of electricity, water, heat and internet.
Pets: Not allowed.
