Rules for termination

Notice of termination should be given 3 months before the 1st in a month The notice must be in writing. If you e.g. terminate your lease on the 20th of January, the 3 months of notice starts from the 1st of February.

Rules for moving out

You must move out from the rental no later than 7 days before the chosen date for termination (see the schedule for dates).

Rules for re-letting

We are trying to re-lease your rental as quickly as possible, however, no earlier than 4 weeks before the termination date to the 1st or the 15th in a month (except Chr. X’s Kollegium here you can only terminate to the 1st in a month). If we are unable to re-lease your residence before that time, you will be responsible for the entire notice period.
