Room and apartment types
Nørreport Kollegiet consists of three studio apartments, nine 1.5-room apartments, and six two-room apartments.
- Studio apartments (Type 10)
The apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor and face Nørreport. They have their own kitchen and bathroom, and all apartments have laminate flooring that resembles light wooden floors and is easy to clean. The kitchen is fitted with built-in cupboards, as well as an oven, stove, and refrigerator.
- 1.5-room apartments (Type 20–25)
The apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Six face Nørreport and three face the courtyard. The three 1.5-room apartments on the 3rd floor all face Nørreport and have sloped ceilings. In two of these three apartments, there is a small dormer window in the living room.
The apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom, and all units have laminate flooring that resembles light wooden floors and is easy to clean. The kitchen is fitted with built-in cupboards, as well as an oven, stove, and refrigerator.
As an individual, you can apply for an internal transfer to a 1.5-room apartment.
- Two-room apartments (Type 40–41)
The apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Three face Nørreport, while three face the courtyard. The apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom. All units have laminate flooring that resembles light wooden floors and is easy to clean. The kitchen is fitted with built-in cupboards, as well as an oven, stove, and refrigerator.
