Welcome to Ladegårdskollegiet. Here you can rent either a 1-room, 1½-room or 2-room apartment in the northern part of Aarhus. Some of the apartments are build in 2022. From this location in the city, you can easily reach most of the educational institutions, the grocery stores placed in the neighbourhood, and many green garden areas.
If you need to decorate your new home, you can visit IKEA, which is placed a short trip from the hall of residence. Many of the city’s northern hall of residences are situated in the same area and there is a lively and young atmosphere. The rentals are bright and modern and everyone has a private kitchen and toilet/shower. There is a laundry room and a parkering areas which can be used by all residents. Pets are allowed, but only small animals, or one cat or one dog per rental.
