Welcome to Dania Kollegiet, which consists of 1-room and 2-room apartments. The hall of residence is located in the city area called Katrinebjerg in the North of Aarhus near the University and the shopping mall Storcenter Nord. From this location you can easily get all your grocery shopping done and carry it home with you within a few minutes. Plenty of green areas surround the buildings and invite to happy hours studying in the sun. On Dania Kollegiet you can socialize with the other residents as much as you want to, while still being able to withdraw to your own apartment with your own private kitchen, toilet and shower facilities. If you get on a bicycle, you will reach both Aarhus BSS and the University within approx. 5 minutes.

Dania Kollegiet consists of:
125 1-room apartments
125 2-room apartments (100 are shareable)
Description: You rent the apartment without furniture, except for a wardrobe on wheels and window blinds. There is parquet flooring. All apartments come with private kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, induction cooking plates, an oven, and a fridge.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (get more information by pressing “apply for rental”)
Included in the rent: Use of water and internet.
Smoking: not allowed indoors.
Pets: Not allowed.
About the dorm
Shared facilities
TV room: A space where you can host smaller gatherings such as movie or football nights (however, not actual parties – for this, the common room should be rented instead).
Study room: A quiet area where you can sit and read or work in study groups.
Fitness room: Equipped with machines and equipment to help you stay active between studies.
Green areas: Outdoor spaces with tables, benches, and barbecue facilities for free use during the summer months.
Parking: The residence has 52 parking spaces for cars. There are bicycle sheds for bike parking, and additionally a shed for 4–5 motorcycles.
Common room
It is a party room that you, as a resident, can rent for only 200 DKK (plus an 800 DKK deposit).
