Rentals in the north of the city

Welcome to Christianshøj Kollegiet which consists of rooms and 1 and 2-room apartments situated near the iconic water tower on Randersvej. From here you only have 4 kilometers to the heart of Aarhus, and a short distance to many of the city’s educational institutions. At this location you easily get from A to B either on a bicycle or by public transportation.

At the dorm, you can park your bicycle or car free of charge and without having to worry about safety. Within the area, you will also find a shared laundry room and a common room for social activities, which can be used by all residents. Christianshøj Kollegiet is a non-smoking hall of residence – smoking is not allowed on shared areas both indoor and outdoor. Residents that moved in after February 1, 2020, or no longer allowed to smoke in their private rentals either.

Christianshøj Kollegiet consists of 92 rentals:
16 rooms, approx. 35 m2.
39 1-room apartments, approx. 37-50 m2.
22 sharable 2-room apartments, approx. 51-50 m2.
15 regular 2-room apartments, approx. 51-62 m2.

Description: All apartements have a private kitchen, toilet and shower installed. Residents in the rooms have to share these facilities.

Included in the rent: The use of water and internet is included in the rent
Smoking: not allowed indoors. Allowed in marked outside areas.
Pets: Not allowed.
