Christianbjerg Kollegiet

Welcome to Christiansbjerg Kollegiet, which consists of 1-room and 2-room apartments situated in the North of Aarhus. From this location, you have easy access to the center of Aarhus by public transport or by bicycle. Aarhus University, the Academy, Via University (north) and DMJX are all situated close by, and grocery shopping stores can be found just around the corner.

At the dorm, you will find a handful of shared facilities, such as parkering spaces and a laundry room. There are plenty of opportunities to be social and have a good time with your fellow residents. During the summer time, you can play games in the garden or barbecue together and enjoy the long, bright evenings.

At Christiansbjerg Kollegiet there are:
23 1-room apartments (most of them are 29 m2, a few are 37m2)
23 2-room apartments, approx. 50 m2

Description: All the apartments have private kitchens, and shower and toilet facilities. There are parquet flooring. All rentals are unfurnished except for window blinds.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (get more information by pressing “Apply for rental”)
Included in the rent: The use of water, heat, electricity and internet.
Smoking: not allowed indoors.
Pets: Are not allowed.

About the dorm

Parking

There is a parking area for cars in front of the dormitory, which can be used freely. There is a bicycle basement and a bicycle shed. There is limited space for bicycles, so please make sure to park them properly. Bicycles must not be placed in the main walkways, and they should be moved fully forward so that the corridors remain clear. Please also remember to take care of other people’s bicycles, so they are not scratched or damaged.

Garden

For our own use and that of our guests. We share the grass area by the bicycle shed as well as the picnic tables opposite with Christianshøj Kollegiet. In the garden, there are various games, parasols, and a grill. The grill must be used on the paved area by the picnic tables. Remember to put the grill back in place and clean the grate after use.

Cleaning room

Located next to apartment 1.7. Everything may be used freely, but please remember to return everything after use.

Common room

We have a very nice common room with good facilities. The common room can be used for both private events and communal activities. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and treating the facilities properly.

In the common room there are many different board games, a foosball table, a projector with screen, a sound system, etc., which can be used. There are several tables and chairs available, as well as a large sofa and several beanbags.

Booking: Requests can be made by submitting a note with your contact details and the desired booking date, either in the mailbox of the person responsible for the common room or in person.
