A maximum of 50 guests may be invited to your event, as this is the number of people the room is approved for by the fire authorities.
Noise regulations
- On Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, all parties must end by 11:00 PM. The party must end earlier than 11:00 PM if there are complaints.
- On Friday and Saturday, the noise level must be reduced to a level by 11:00 PM where surrounding rooms cannot hear the party. If you are asked to lower the noise level before then, you must respect this.
- In May, June, December, and January, all parties must end by 11:00 PM or earlier if there are complaints. This also applies to parties on Fridays and Saturdays, out of consideration for those studying for exams.
- Windows and doors in the common room must be kept closed due to noise disturbances.
- The party must not take place in the courtyard due to noise disturbances. Therefore, no people may stay in the courtyard during parties. This means that if guests need to smoke, they must go outside the student residence.
