Caretaker
There are 5 caretakers and a helper at the hall of residence. You will get in contact with the caretakers, for example when you move in and out, if you need help with your rental in any way, or when they are checking up on the cleaning of the corridors, which all residents take part in.
You can contact the caretakers by e-mail or visit the caretakers' office during the normal working hours.
Pick up/borrow the following items:
You can pick up light bulbs and fluorescent tubes for the oven and the cooker hood at the caretaker's office. You can also borrow a drill, a handcart and the key to the roadblock.

Book the caretaker to do a repair work
If you need to make an appointment with the caretaker in order for him to do a repair work in your residence, you can do it via Min Side. Here you can among other things allow the caretaker to access your residence.

Tuesday: 7.15 - 8.00 am and 2.30 - 3.00 pm
Wednesday: 7.15 - 8.00 am and 1.30 - 2.00 pm
Thursday: 7.15 - 8.00 am and 1.30 - 2.00 pm
Friday: 7.15 - 8.00 am and 10.30 - 11.00 am
Tuesday: 12.30 pm - 1.00 pm
Thursday: 7.30 - 8.00 am
The furniture depot is located in no. 38.
