Membership

A membership of the music club runs for 6 months at a time.
Then it has to be renewed. 

The membership period runs from:

  • January 1 - June 30
  • July 1 - December 31

The price for a 6-month membership is 100 DKK for individuals or 200 DKK for bands. 

 

How to sign up
When you want to sign up or renew your membership, you have to:

1. Transfer 100 DKK to the following Danish bank account: sort code 4645 account number 12548265 (no cash)
Transfer fees for sending money outside the EU/EEA (50 DKK) must be paid by the sender.

2. Please state your name, block number (B) and room number (V) in the message field (for example Jonas B35V23) 

3. Afterwards send an e-mail to musikforeningen@gmail.com with the same information (name, block number and room number)

The caretaker will receive the information and sign you up around the 1st and the 15th of each month. After a couple of days, you will have access to the music facilities. To ensure a fast process, you can make sure to transfer the money at least 2 days prior to the previously mentioned dates.

Practical information
You can get access to the music facilities by using your black key tag. The access is controlled by the caretaker and the Music Committee makes sure that the caretaker gets important information concerning accesses.
Important:
  • A discount is not possible
  • All unpayed memberships are automatically cancelled on the 1st of January and 1st of July

Music room - rules

  1. When you leave the music room:
    • Remove your garbage
    • Sort out the cables
    • Turn off the amplifier, PA-stereo etc.
    • Reset the side drum
  2. Do not ruin or mistreat the instruments.
  3. A membership is personal and cannot be used by other people. You are not allowed to lend out your key tag. Always bring your key tag, when going to the music room.
  4. Smoking is not allowed.
  5. If you change the standard settings or the tuning - you have to reset it again after use. 
  6. The Music Committe can close the music facilities at any time, if needed, without any warning. For example in connection with vacation, national holidays and cleaning. 
  7. The use of the equipment is at your own risk and you have the personal responsibility for any damage.
  8. A violation of these rules can lead to an immediate cancellation of your membership. In special cases the Resident's Council can decide if any other exclusions are necessary.
