	Apartments in the north of Aarhus Welcome to Svane Kollegiet, which offers 1-room and 2-room apartments in a faily new building. The hall of residence is located in the north of Aarhus with a short distance to many of the city's educational institutions. There are 183 apartments in total and each rental has own private kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. On a bicycle, you can easily get around the different parts of the city, and within approx. 20 minutes you can reach the central station. The block of apartments that have three floors are equipped with an elevator, so you do not have to carry all your things up and down the stairs. At the hall of residence, there is a common room, which can be used by all residents to get together. You can also rent it for a private arrangement. 	The Rentals Svane Kollegiet includes: 137 1-room apartments, approx. 39-41 m2 26 1½-room apartments, approx. 50 m2 20 2-room apartments, approx. 49-54 m2 Description: There are three different kinds of 1-room apartments, and two different kinds of 2-room apartments. You can see the difference on the floor plans below. All the rentals are unfurnished except for a white moveable wardrobe in each apartment. All apartments have private kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooking plates and a fridge incl. a freezer.
