Have you finished your studies but want to stay at Skjoldhøjkollegiet?

If your room is not already rented out to someone else, we can offer you to prolong the tenancy until September 1st, 2026, even though you are not studying anymore (you have to move out 2 weeks prior to that date. 2-room apartments can be pro-longed for 2 years.

If you want to stay, you must fill in the document below and send it to mg@kkia.dk.

When we have received your application, we will, if your wish is accepted, send you a termination letter ending the lease on September 1, 2026. Kollegiekontoret reserves the right to decline a prolongation of a lease if there is unpaid rent or complaint cases against you.

You can always terminate your lease, according to the general terms (at least 6 weeks’ notice and moving out 2 weeks before that).

If you plan on beginning new studies, no later than in the summer 2026, and wish to stay at
Skjoldhøjkollegiet during that, then please send us an e-mail before August 1, 2026, with your admission letter and explain that you want to stay.

Aarhus Municipality has allowed dispensation to the above standing concerning Skjoldhøjkollegiet.
