How to apply for funds from the resident council

  • How much money can you apply for in a financial year for your association? You can apply for funds from the residents' council and a financial year runs from 1st of August to the 31st of July.

You can apply for funding for:

  • Open house: 1200 per semester (This can, for example, be money for food and drink, materials such as jewellery, nails, paper, drum skins, coffee, toilet paper, etc.). You can have as many open houses/workshops as you want, but you can only apply for a maximum of 1200 per term/semester.

  • Inventory: 5000 per financial year (Inventory covers materials that are not used up. Here, for example, you can apply for a hammer, but not nails).

  • Are you in doubt of anything according to the rules, please contact the resident council at br@skjoldhoej.dk

NB! Remember to keep track of your receipts for your association own purchases bought for members' money.
