Kollegiekontoret - A Guarantee Organisation
Kollegiekontoret is organized as a guarantee organization. A number of student bodies from the city's educational institutions, together with the four independent hall of residences (Ravnsbjerg Kollegiet, Skjoldhøjkollegiet, Tandlægekollegiet and Vilh. Kiers Kollegium) and all the estates (the other hall of residences) have provided capital for Kollegiekontoret S.m.b.a. Overall, the guarantors have a capital of 360.500 DKK.

Guarantors' Assembly
The Guarantors’ Assembly meets annually. At the assembly, guarantors are elected to the Board of Kollegiekontoret and informed about Kollegiekontoret’s past year.
Kollegiekontoret’s estates are represented here by Kollegiekontoret’s President (President of the Board of Kollegiekontoret and the Executive Committee).
