Maintenance and repairs  
The caretaker will take care of repairs and replacements of the furniture and objects that belong to the hall of residenc, for example the kitchen elements.

Borrow from the caretaker 
You can borrow different kinds of tools from your caretaker, for example a hammer drill and a long wiper to clean the windows. If you need anything else, you can always ask.

Handed out by the caretaker
Waste bags for the kitchens, cleaning detergent for cleaning the common areas, oven cleaner, bags for the vacuum cleaner and fuses can be picked up at the caretaker's office. You can switch old fluorescent tubes for new ones at the office as well. 

Cleaning 
In relation to the main cleaning, detergent for cleaning and all material will be handed out by the caretaker.

Fire safety 
Do not store furniture, bicycles and so on, on the corridors and stairways. All fire routes must be accessible in case of fire.
