Welcome to Ladegårdskollegiet. Here you can rent either a 1-room, 1½-room or 2-room apartment in the northern part of Aarhus. Some of the apartments are build in 2022. From this location in the city, you can easily reach most of the educational institutions, the grocery stores placed in the neighbourhood, and many green garden areas. If you need to decorate your new home, you can visit IKEA, which is placed a short trip from the hall of residence. Many of the city's northern hall of residences are situated in the same area and there is a lively and young atmosphere. The rentals are bright and modern and everyone has a private kitchen and toilet/shower. There is a laundry room and a parkering areas which can be used by all residents. Pets are allowed, but only small animals, or one cat or one dog per rental.

The Rentals

Ladegårdskollegiet consists of:
110 1-room apartments, approx. 25m2,
39 1-room apartments, approx 39 m2,
46 1½-room apartments, approx. 43 m,
42 2-room apartments, approx. 39-50 m2.

Description: All 1-room apartments have fixed cabinets and parquet flooring. All ceilings are white and there are window blinds. All 1½-room apartments are divided into two parts with kitchen and shower facilities in the middle. There is linoleum flooring in the kitchen. All 2-room apartments are similar in size, but they are designed differently. 
Rent: Depends on the rental type (for more information press "Apply for rental").
Included in the rent: Internet.
Pets: Small animals like canaries, gold fishs and hamsters are allowed, or one cat or one dog per rental. 
Smoking: not allowed indoors.

Common house

The hall of residence has a common house for all residence for residents to hang out or for private events. You can book the common house Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and weekdays before a holiday. 
You book the common house by sending an email to faellesladehuset@gmail.com 
You must have booked the common house at least a week before the day you want the common house.
If you want to cancel the booking, please contact the responsible for the common house as soon as possible.

The hall of residence has a garden in which you can barbecue and enjoy the long summer nights. 

There are a lot of parking areas at the hall of residence and if you have a bike you can safely park it in the locked bike room.
