Welcome to Grønnegade Kollegiet, which consists of 1-room and 2-room apartments. They are all placed on the first and the second floor in a building from 1983. There is a non-smoking policy and smoking is not allowed in any shared spaces at the hall of residence and new residents are not allowed to smoke in their rentals either. All the apartments have private kitchens, shower and toilet facilities, and the building is located right in the center of Aarhus. This means that you have the beating heart of the city right outside your front door. From this location, you can easily reach everything that you need on a bicycle or by foot. Grocery shopping has never been easier, as an Aldi store is placed in the ground floor area of the building. There is a garden with a football field and a barbecue, which the residents are more than welcome to use. A limitied number of parking spaces is available.
