Rules for termination: 
In accordance with the lease, notice of termination should be given 6 weeks before the 1st or the 15th in a month. The notice must be in writing and Kollegiekontoret must receive the notice no later than the dates mentioned in the schedule to the right. 

Rules for moving out:
Ravnsbjerg Kollegiet and Tandlæge Kollegiet: You must move out from the rental no later than 7 work days before the stated date for termination of the lease (see the schedule for dates).
Skjoldhøjkollegiet and Vilh. Kiers Kollegium: You must move out from the rental no later than 14 days before the chosen date for termination (see the schedule for dates).

Rules for re-letting: 
We are trying to re-lease your residence as quickly as possible, however, no earlier than 4 weeks before the termination date. If we are unable to re-lease your residence before that time, you will be responsible for the entire notice period.
