Welcome to Christiansbjerg Kollegiet, which consists of 1-room and 2-room apartments situated in the North of Aarhus. From this location, you have easy access to the center of Aarhus by public transport or by bicycle. Aarhus University, the Academy, Via University (north) and DMJX are all situated close by, and grocery shopping stores can be found just around the corner. At the hall of residence, you will find a handful of shared facilities, such as parkering spaces and a laundry room. There are plenty of opportunities to be social and have a good time with your fellow residents. During the summer time, you can play games in the garden or barbecue together and enjoy the long, bright evenings.

The Rentals

At Christiansbjerg Kollegiet there are:
23 1-room apartments (most of them are 29 m2, a few are 37m2)
23 2-room apartments, approx. 50 m2

Description: All the apartments have private kitchens, and shower and toilet facilities. There are parquet flooring. All rentals are unfurnished except for window blinds.
Rent: Depends on the rental type (get more information by pressing "Apply for rental")
Included in the rent: The use of water, heat, electricity and internet.
Smoking: not allowed indoors.
Pets: Are not allowed.

Shared facilities

The common room

We have a common room with some great shared facilities. It can be used for private events or to meet up with the other residents at the hall of residence. We are all responsible to clean up after ourselves and be respectful towards the furniture. In the common room, you can find the following equipment: board games, football table, projector and stereo. There is a couch, bean bags, tables and chairs.

The garden

The garden can be used by residents and guests. We share the green area next to the bicycle shed with the residents at Christianshøj Kollegiet. There are different kinds of garden games available and a barbecue. The barbecue may only be used in the area covered with tiles. Remember to put it back and clean it after use.

Parking

There is a car parking area next to the hall of residence, which can be used free of charge. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar or in the shed. Park in a decent manner to make room for everyone. Do not leave bicycles in the center aisle. Be attentive towards not damaging other residents' objects.

The cleaning room

The cleaning room is located next to apartment 1.7. Everything in there can be used free of charge but remember to put it back as fast as possible.
